Christmas

Christmas was a success at our house, the kids were in our annual Christmas Eve program the boys did a great job Ava was a little nervous up on the stage as you can see. Then again when she sat on Santa's lap I can't help but smile. Ava got a cute kitchen which she loves and the boys got all sorts of toys and new wii games. Its so nice to have Christmas finally over with the kids were so excited they were driving me a little nuts. I want to thank my family for giving so much so my kids could have a great Christmas. I love you.

The Christmas Eve pagent has been going on in Santa Clara for over a hundred years I was in it when I was a little girl. It is one of my favorite Christmas traditions that my family has.

Wow I know!!!

Ava didn't last long carving her pumpkin but she at least got in there and got her hands dirty. That,s my girl not afraid of a little dirt and slime.

Dillon enjoyed the homemade rootbeer the most. Doesn't it look like fun.

I love to carve pumpkins. Even after I cleaned out and helped carve 3, I was excited to start mine. Its fun to be creative.

Dillon's, mine , Trisha's {cousin}, Graydon's, and Hunter's Graydon won 5 dollars for the scariest. Hunter was a little heart broken that he didn't win. His own father judged too I guess Lance wasn't getting the vibes I was throwing at him.

The TRI

The Lambert boys did a triathlon this past weekend. They all did great this was Graydon's second and Hunter's first . I have to make this a quick post so enjoy the pictures.

Lance took second in his age group. He is such a stud!!!

Easter

Dillon and Hunter had there last soccer game on Saturday. They both did a great job and ended the season smiling, not sure if it was because they won or if the season was over. They are both excited to start baseball. Carey thanks for helping me with the soccer page it turned out great.

This is a picture of the kids on there Easter egg hunt. They had tons of eggs to find mom and grandma went a little over board. We spent Easter Sunday at Amy and Jayson's house. The weather was great on Sunday it couldn't have been more perfect. Everyone was there but Chip and Carey and there little boy Dan they all had the stomach flu we missed them. Easter was a success the kids had a great time.

This is the only picture I got of Ava in her Easter dress. You don't get the full effect but she looked darling.

I had to laugh because the first thing Ava got out of her basket was her new shoes and she was trying to get them on. She loves shoes just like her mom.

Happy Day!

Mindy just got back from weight watchers and she is so excited because she has now lost over 30 pounds. Oh and I must add my two cents and tell you all how great she looks. We have even had a couple of midday naps, you know the good kind of naps. She is going to kill me for posting that but hey its the truth, and I cannot tell a lie. We have all been gearing up for a 5k this weekend and the Triathlon next weekend. Should have some good pics to post when we are done.

Date night

Lance got us tickets to the Julianne Hough concert. It was tons of fun I cant remember the last concert I went to. She did a great job. I had no idea that she was only 19 years old. She had on a pair of stiletto high heels and she took them off in the middle of the concert I would have taken them off the minute I got on stage. I was so impressed she was dancing around the stage like it was nothing I would have fallen on my face. Thanks babe I had a great time. Lance even missed one of his softball games to take me to the concert he really really must love me lots.

Amy is blogging

Soccer season

Dillon and Hunter have started soccer and Lance is there coach. Its tons of fun because all our neighbor kids are on there team. Its just another play day for the boys because all there friends play with them. Lance does a good job coaching them, I sat and watched one of the practices and thought I would go crazy. The kids don't have a great attention span or maybe I don't have enough patience, maybe both. But Lance doesn't seem to mind.

I had to throw this picture of Lance and Ava in. I came home from my walk and they were both out. I couldn't resist taking a picture they are so cute. Ava loves her Daddy so much. I love it when he gets home from work because she wants her Dad and not me. It is such a great break.

Spring Break and Spring Sports

Graydon had another baseball tournament over spring break. They had games Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Graydon played awesome I haven't seen him hit the ball like he did this tournament. He has been practicing hard and his confident level has gone up. It was tons of fun to watch. There were ten teams that came to the warm weather to play ball . Graydon's Roadrunner's took second place. The boys were excited!

Lance coached Hunter and Graydon's basketball teams this year. It was fun to watch and I'm glad it is over. Soccer has started now and Lance is coaching Hunter and Dillon's teams. We are quite busy with our spring sports but we love it.

Graydon had a tournament a month ago that I didn't get posted they took second place. I'm going to have to get a special shelf for all his trophies.

Tree burn

Cool pictures right! We all saved our Christmas trees and we had a big tree burn. There is the coolest place up behind my parents house in the West hills and there is this crack in the rock and we pile on the trees and burn them. We had tinfoil dinner and hot dogs. My Aunt Tonna and her family were with us it was a blast. The kids thought it was so cool even the babies were amazed. Thanks for gathering all the trees for us Chippy and Jayson .
