African Christmas

Graydon and Hunter were in there schools annual african
Christmas play. Hunter was a hunter and Graydon was a
warrior and a shepherd. They loved performing I guess its
in there genes. There play was at Tuachan this year in the Hafen
theater. Graydon got to sing a solo while playing one of the
shepherds. It's such a neat program and all the procedes go to
children in Africa. It helps the kids realize that there life is
pretty good compared to kids in other countries.

Hunter is scouting for bad guys to make sure the path is safe.

I finally got Graydon's solo posted .

Oh Christmas tree Oh Christmas tree

I put up my tree a week ago but I had to add a couple
things to it before I posted it. I changed my colors last
year to brown and green and this year it needed something
a to make it pop a little, so I added the cream balls and
poinsettias. I'm happy with the way it turned out. Every
one that comes over thinks my tree is fake because it is
so perfect. It literally didn't have any bad spots at all.
I love it. Thanks for cutting it down for me babe.

Graydon

I wanted to post some pictures of Graydon's
early years. I didn't have any on my computer
so I took pictures of his scrapbook, that's why
they look kind of funny.
Graydon joined our family family December 5
2000. He was three and a half weeks early
and weighed in at 5lbs 7oz. He stayed in the
hospital for 3 days. I remember how horrible
I felt when we had to leave him there overnight.
But we got to bring him home the next night.
Graydon has always been an angel. He was
a perfect baby and when he got older he didn't
change much. When you told him to stop he
would always stop. He was a great toddler
when both his brothers were born. He has
always been a good older brother and has
always set a great example for our family. I
knew early on that Graydon was going to love
sports like his dad. While his cousins would play
with toys he always had a ball in his hand. I
always wondered if he was normal, because he
never played with his toys.
Here is a list of 10 things we love about Graydon.
1. Always has a smile on his face (except when he
loses a game).
2. He is always willing to share with his brothers
and sister.
3. He's very respectful to adults. I constantly get
compliments from his teachers at school and at
church. They love to teach Graydon because of
his sweet disposition.
4. He loves his family and always puts them first.
He looks out for his little brothers at school.
5. He has a strong testimony,he was
born with his testimony and I know it
will continue to get stronger. He loves to learn
about the gospel. And tries his hardest to make
good choices that will make Jesus happy.
6. I don't know what I would do if Graydon didn't
take out the trash. That's his job and he rarely
complains when he has to do it.
7. His big brown eyes that light up when he smiles.
8. He is such a big helper when it comes to his
little sister. I don't know what I would do
with out him. He always brings me diapers
and wipes, gets her out of the crib, plays with
her and keeps her entertained. Graydon
is very protective of his little Ava already I
know he will always watch out for her.
9.What would we do for entertainment if we didn't
have ball games to watch. I love to watch him now
and can't wait to watch when he gets older.
10. Graydon we are so happy you came to our home.
You fill us with so much love and joy, thank you for
be so easy to love and raise.

Graydon is 8

We went to Dixie bowl for graydon's birthday. All the family was there except Krista's family
and Colby. It was so much fun to have all of our family there. They are so great to support
us all the time my fam and Lance's we are so blessed. I scored the lowest out of all
the adults. I got a whopping 80 points which was 10 points less than Dillon. Bowling is
not my strong suit. I 'm so excited Graydon is 8 and will be able to get babtized. Its
hard to belive we have a 8 year old. The kids had a great time bowling, Dillon was a
little nervous at first. I think he was worried about looking dumb in front of every one.
He soon got over it when he got a strike. Lance got Graydon a BB gun, he was 8 when he
got his first BB gun so he thought it was only fitting that Graydon got his too.
Graydon we love you so much we hope you had a great day.

Thanksgiving Weekend

This is the only picture I got on Thanksgiving but it's
pretty cute. We ate dinner at my aunts house this year.
We had a good time, I made a berry pie. It was really
pretty I made a lattice top for it. It was good for my first
attempt at a berry pie. The rest of the day was pretty low
key , we just visited with family. I got up at 3:30 on black
Friday to go shopping. My Mom, Dad, and brother Troy
went with me. It was fun, we got some great deals.

Saturday we got up and did a little yard work. Our
trees have needed a good thinning for a year. My Dad
brought over his chainsaw and him and Lance got
to work. The boys had to pick up the branches and
put them in a pile. They didn't like that too much but
they were a big help. Thanks Dad and Lance they
look great!

Hunter is helping out with his ax.

Graydon swept the back patio off.

After we were done with the yard work we loaded
the four wheelers and headed up to Cedar Mt. to cut
our Christmas tree. All of my family came but Colby.
We had a great time It was a little chilly but we survived.
the boys had a great time in the snow. We made it back
with out any tragedies. I love my tree I think it is my
favorite one I have ever had. I'll post some pics when
I get it decorated.

Ava stayed in the truck with my Mom , it was way
too cold for her on the four wheelers.
Amy got a little wet

We celebrated Grandpa Munks b-day on
Sunday at the Lamberts. Happy 83rd!!!
We love grandma and grandpa Munk
were happy they're here for the winter.
